EXPANDING digital media company 7Presentations has established a Newcastle base after teaming up with one of the region’s top independent accountancy firms.
7Presentations transforms dull pitches and seminars with stimulating visual images that engage audiences, instil renewed confidence in speakers and improve results.
After completing several successful budget-themed projects for accountancy firm RMT, 7Presentations was offered a base at the company’s Gosforth headquarters.
The company, launched in Durham in 2007, hopes its Newcastle office will lead to more work with corporate clients and on course to double turnover this year.
Managing Director Colin Kendall said: “Like RMT, the vast majority of our clients are larger companies that want to communicate effectively at a much higher level. That could be preparing a presentation for a training seminar, a pitch for new business or for a conference or event.
“Having a base in Newcastle means that we can continue to attract corporate clients, increasing results on their marketing spend.”
John Richards, managing partner at RMT, added: “Working with 7Presentations has revolutionised the way we communicate our services and we look forward to using their expertise going forward.
“The presentations have proved excellent in engaging audiences and getting across clearly what can sometimes be very detailed messages.”
7Presentations was set up with the aim of taking the boredom out of dull presentations, banishing bullet-points and ending death by PowerPoint.
It has worked with a wide range of clients both nationally and internationally including law firms, recruitment consultants, health and safety experts, marketing agencies, security firms and driving schools. It even worked with a collective of Portuguese wine growers to improve their sales pitches to UK buyers.
Colin added: “Our client base is very diverse but the common thread with all of them is a desire to communicate effectively so that audiences are engaged and can recall the presentation they have seen.
“It’s ironic that we launched 7Presentations in the same week as the troubles at Northern Rock started when it was clear that communication had not been consistent.
“One of the reasons 7Presentations has continued to grow through current times is because we have attracted companies that realise they need to communicate far better with their target markets and do something about it.”
